From afar the wedding gown looked gorgeous to be sure but when viewed up close, the sewing detail still is good but the dust it has gathered over the years becomes visible. Or is it shadow? Perhaps I should only look at this from afar.
Fabric detail seen up close shows the mesh nature of the material
whilst the hide of the briefcase looks like more like skin – again I prefer to see them from afar.
Focussing in on artwork shows you detail otherwise missed
But when viewing nature close is nearly always a picture to behold whether the bark from a paperbark,
or the underside spores of a staghorn
the intricate detail of the monstera deliciosa
or the delicate hibiscus
and dew drops on the petals.
compete for beauty with the hard interior of the reindeer antler.
