Not only hanging but I think that any household that wants to connect just runs their own power line out to the nearest pole. I believe that there are quite a number of electrocutions. 🙂

For sure Joanne. We are having govt ads telling us to turn off the electricity before going into the roof space. Our authorities would be horrified.

Looks like Chapel Hill, where our power company still hasn’t buried the lines – it’s why we lose power almost every time the wind blows hard!
