De ja vus, I think I’ve said this before:
You had me salivating at ham, but lost me on the chicken feet! 😀

Haha. I avoided the heads and tails this time. I’d be vegetarian if I had to shop like this but then if I had to I would probably have quite a different view of life.

I’m perfectly okay with hanging beef! I think it’s all about what we are used to, although anyone who ever works in industrial meatpacking usually can’t stand what it is they pack. A fine line.

Chicken workers always seem to have it worst. They say it is one of the top worst jobs to have. Yes it is a fine line.

I once toured a chicken processing operation that a major brand set up in response to humane treatment at all levels. I was amazed at the process. They, too, acknowledged that processing chickens was the worst job, so they devised a plant that was both humane and automated. I hope more companies do that. Have you heard of Temple Grandin? Look her up. Amazing what she’s accomplished.

I’m glad they have devised something. I don’t know if it may already be here but if not hope it comes soon. I hadn’t heard of Temple Grandin but have looked her up and she seems to be an amazing woman. Apparently there is a film out about her which I’ll keep an eye out for. Thanks for heading me her direction.

That’s right! I’d forgotten there was a film about her. Temple is brilliant.

This could turn me into vegetarian. Photography is honest, isn’t it?

Yes. I agree if I had to purchase it looking like this I would be a vegetarian also. Photography is honest but so is some art.
