A beautiful place but so much wind.

Love that wide white umbrella as if it’s trying to be as dramatic as the roiling sea foam.
Are Australian seas generally warm? Or do they change by season and site?

I think the umbrellas mimic the waves and add to the drama of the scene. It does depend where you are. Further north the sea is very warm, in Tasmania and parts of South Australia and Western Australia when the currents come up from Antarctica the sea is freezing. On the East Coast where I am the sea is a perfect temperature with the warm currents coming past in winter and making the sea more than bearable for those that like swimming all year.
