Where are their ice skates?

They only get their skates on when it is time for dinner.

Oh, is it really so warm and beautiful where you live? (Sigh). I think I’m getting a little tired of winter in the Pacific North West. Uh, oh. Just slipped a bit there. Don’t mean to wish for warmer weather—that’s like wishing my life away!

Hopefully the photos will warm you a little and you won’t have to wish time away. I don’t think I would do well in the type of cold you have. The older I get the warmer I like it.

Beautiful place to frolic. The neighbors are out ice skating on Elmira Pond! A different frolic.

What a beautiful sight that would be. Have the ducks migrated south?

Still waiting for our first snow. 😀 ❄️☃

Too much rain perhaps? There’s something magical about snow but I’ll stick with the summer’s sun.

Snow IS magical (as long as I don’t have to drive in it). 🙂

Don’t you still frolic Norah? Have to admit I have never swum in the Noosa River – no tell a lie I went stand-up paddle boarding and spent a fair amount of time in the river.

Not so much anymore. I like to swim in my pool in the morning before any one else is around! 🙂

Good on you. That has been a resolution each year to have an early morning swim and each year it hasn’t survived. This year I didn’t even bother thinking about it.

That’s the right way to think about it. Only make resolutions that matter in the end. 🙂
