Irene, these are the best! Kids and puppies – how can you not love em all? Thanks for a sweet bunch to open on my computer. (No smart phone so I have to wait till I get home to my computer.)

Glad to give you something pleasant to wake to. The kids play area was just an amazing space for kids to create out of something so simple as lids.They were having such fun. Just shows saucepans probably still outrank lego… okay that is probably going out on a limb. Muffin happily played all day without one single nip to any of my limbs. Yeah!!!!

Is that the new display in the art gallery? If so I will try to go there with the grandkids on Tuesday. I pick them both up from kindy and school on Tuesday and take them (to their) home. I have been trying to convince them to let me take them to the library as they live quite close to Southbank. Maybe we can go to the Art Gallery (I’m assuming GOMA?) instead. Thanks. 🙂

No its the art gallery in the space to the right between the first pond and the outdoor pelican pond. GOMA has a great interactive timber display that I imagine kids would get a kick out of discovering everything that sets the sounds off. This big kid did anyway.

I hope they’re still there for the holidays. This big kid would like to have fun with them too. Littlies just wanted to go home today. 😦

I’m not sure how long it will be there for but it would make sense to leave it for the holidays. Such a wonderful space for kids that aren’t tired and wanting to go home.
