I love that first photo through the archway – descent indeed!

I get a true feeling of “descent” in your photos…but I do hope the brakes held, too on that last shot!

They did – we still have her with us but I wouldn’t have trusted them. She was in my brother’s control at the time.

Descent is well represented here. My favourite is the first one, so dramatic!

Mine too. Incredibly steep stairs

I know the first one is Le Puy-en-Velay, and I think the second one might be Orange, but after that I’m done. All lovely !

You are right with the first two M-R and the others are near Annecy and Yvoire. Thanks. We both have lovely memories of these places I know.

Not at all. Just green hills which could have been anywhere.

Love the first photo with the arch. Where is that? (In France, I mean.) 😉

It’s at a place called Le Puy en Velay. If you are ever there well worth a visit. More photos of it can be found here. https://irenewaters19.com/2014/01/25/look-up-look-down-week-23/

Love these photos, perfect for ‘descent’. Like you Irene, I do hope those brakes didn’t fail either, yikes 😮

Thanks Sherri. Tell me you are so good at using all the little faces now – have you memorised all the codes. I haven’t and as I now have so much on my desk top it takes me ages to find the screen shot of the codes so I’m back to being lazy with my emotions. I always get a hit of joy as I see your raised eyebrows or devilish look. 🙂

Haha…oh you do make me smile Irene, I love it 😀 I’m glad you said that though as I thought I was maybe getting a bit carried away with them 😉 Thinking about it I’ve memorised a few, the ones I use regularly but still use the list for the extras. Here’s the link again if you want to keep the window open for referral, that’s what I do: http://en.support.wordpress.com/smilies/ And just for you my friend … 🐻 ❤ 🙂
