The water just slides up onto the beach – no breakers or waves at all.

We are very protected where we are and the direction the beach and river face and unless there is cyclonic wind the river rarely sees waves and the beach isn’t far behind it. We have beaches close by that face a different direction and that is where people that want to surf and need waves go to.
