Hi Irene and Sarah, hope you don’t mind if I butt in here. It’s an EV3 by Lego, a programmable system that allows the kids to build all kinds of things that can be moved in dozens of ways – to detect light, sound, visual cues, etc., even to battle other creatures. I think this one is a “directed” project but they can build anything their imagination desires.

Far less knowledge than it appears. I have a grandson who is enthralled, and decades before, his father and uncle. But I sound convincing, don’t I? LOL!
