A gorgeous scene with pretty palm shadows. I so long for my Mornington Peninsula to get a little of the warmth you northerners are getting. Interesting how those in the foreground of the photo are scantily clad and two in the background are wearing what looks like jackets.

Summer will get to you soon – already I have heard someone say they are looking forward to winter. The photo was taken in winter – the swimmers were probably Victorians. Those in jackets were probably Queenslanders. 🙂

This is a beach they have created right in the middle of Brisbane the capital city of Queensland. Business men and retail workers come down here in their lunch hour along with tourists and mothers and kids. You’d certainly go back to work feeling as though you’d had a holiday.
